About loovekerr

Hi,a group of us recently joined loovekerr's spree (http://community.livejournal.com/spreesgalore/1035512.html)in early Oct. She just distributed the items to us this week, but some of us are missing one item..

May I know whether this is part of her profiteering way? She is currently on holiday so I cant contact her.

Hello, me and many other spreers joined misspeiqispree's ELF spree 4 here: http://community.livejournal.com/spreesgalore/1037174.html

I understand that she has falsified her feedback, but still, most people didn't bother to doublecheck her feedback link before spreeing with her.

Right now, 5 spreers (including me) from this spree has yet to receive our items, even though the spree org claimed to have mailed it out on 24th Nov. Judging from her previous negative fbs, I suspect that she has yet to mail the items out or simply has no intention to.

During the entire spree, there was only ONE update, and that was when our items arrived. She also increased the exchange rate from 1.48 to 1.57 without previously informing us about it and there were no hard evidence as to whether her bank really charged her such a high rate.

I hope you can do something about this, as well as ban her from this community. Thank you.

Hi,

I have joined PG mall#4 since Oct and the spree organiser assiedfication had taken very long to order and result many ppl pulled out from that spree. assiedfication stated that she had combined the order from PG mall#4 with #5. She had sent the order to PGmall on 30thNov. It had been a week, she had not been updating whether PGmall reply or not. Sometime she would give sarcastic reply. Do advise me. Thanks

Hi mods,

I received a notification on my latest repost for F21 Spree #1 which is accepting jewelry only. It was rejected because you said the spree page was deleted. Just to inform you, I did not delete the spree page at all. So, I do not know where the hell it has disappeared to in the first place. Hope you can check the problem out. Thanks.

Earphones Spree

Hi mods,

I'm at my wits end therefore have to seek your help. I joined angelxts spree (http://community.livejournal.com/spreesgalore/1020050.html?page=1#comments) in October with several other spreers. She didn't update us accordingly until we kept bugging her, only then did she claim she mailed to the wrong address and the items were returned to her. After more than 1 1/2 month, the items reached us, but they were not authentic as she claimed. Several spreers items were faulty and so were mine. We returned her the items asking for a refund and she has been either not replying or claiming she haven't received our items.

I have asked the other spreers for comments and we all agreed to lodge a complain about her. Hope you can do something about it. Thank you!

hello moderator, i am typing this on behalf of eggsandtoes, i just managed to contact her and she doesnt have internet access at the moment. she didnt sell fake goods, the other time was a misunderstanding.
also she is trying her best to get internet access on her side. she didnt expect the supplier to have taken that long to ship the items out. she currently she's away as she has very important things to attend to. do let her explain to you herself when she's back. i am very sure she's not out to cheat our money. do look into the matter. thanks:)

Cos the 1st lot of wallets have cleared and there's a second lot pending. hi there, i joined a few sprees with this person: http://insert-itemname.livejournal.com/ but she has been totally just ignoring my emails regarding OOS items and refunds. she claimed to mail items out but never replied us with the RA number. i also emailed a couple of other girls in her sprees and their situation is the same. is there any way to ban or stop her? she is still sending new email updates about new sprees but totally ignoring emails regarding old sprees or items.

Hi, there are many people looking for [info]omgnikomgnik, whose Havaianas spree started from February this year, until now. She updated regularly (though all updates are the same) and then she disappeared after a supposed police report.
No news from her anymore. Can we have her details to make a report against her? Estimated 300 spree-ers affected and a lot of money involved...

Hi,

Yes we are interested in helping you guys. We will be contacting her family to see if they know of her Internet dishonesty. According to her IC, she is 20 years old so I believe she should still be staying with her family.

We understand that this may be a little under the belt, but the Spree has dragged on for way too long, and she has not been in the slightest bit co-operative.

We will need a representative from Spree-ers to file an Online Police Report against her. It would be best if all 200+ Spree-ers file a Police Report against her so they will know how serious the situation is.

Im one of the spree-ers in the same haivainas spree as mentioned above. it has been dragging for close to 10months? and its pretty ridiculous that recently she just suddenly disappeared, not replying our comments and emails. all we spree-ers ask for a neat closure, a reply from her, and hope to close this case as it has been dragging far too long.

Hi mods,

A group of spree-ers and I participated in omgnik's contact lenses spree before the ban of contact lenses was upheld, and then after the news of the ban broke out(which was around a month after the spree was closed), she told us that the spree was cancelled halfway and that our money would not be refunded to us. Something along the lines of our money being stuck with the manufacturer and her not being able to get a refund for us because the manufacturer said so. She also did not provide any receipts or negotiating emails or whatsoever with the manufacturer to us, and she was very defensive when the group of us decided to email her to ask her for proof of the manufacturer's refusal to refund us. The group of us are quite upset about this because the lenses which we spree-ed for were not cheap and a lot of us lost quite a bit of money. And we do not want to settle for her implausible explanation too.


Do you think we have the right to demand a refund from her as well?

hi mods, a couple of us emailed you but we didnt get a reply. so i will post my email content here.

it has been a couple of months since vanillapearls' UO spree (http://community.livejournal.com/spreesgalore/2225940.html#cutid1) has closed but i have yet to receive any new from her. she seems to email and mailed out only a few of the spree-er's items thus far. she isn't replying our emails and we do not know what to do.

as seen from her feedbacks, i think she is also ignoring and not replying the emails of spree-ers from her other sprees.
